Who we are
HomeEnvisage is a product in development for UK estate agents. For anything about your data, email info@homeenvisage.co.uk.
What we collect
When you apply for the founding pilot we collect your name, agency, email, number of branches and, if you give it, your phone number. If you tick the box, we also note that you’d like occasional pilot updates.
Why we collect it
To reply to your application, arrange a demo and run the pilot with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, and steps you ask us to take before any agreement. Pilot updates are sent only if you opt in.
Who sees it
Only our team. We use trusted providers to run the site and handle email (website hosting and email hosting). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re discussing or running the pilot with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies or identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
